Winter/Spring 2015 Newsletter: Another Great Year for the GH Program
Our quarterly Global Health program newsletter, Winter/Spring 2015, is now online.
This issue highlights Global Health Advisory Board member Dr. Luis Barreto – one of the most influential figures in vaccinology, epidemiology and public health, both nationally and globally. Over the past 30 years, his work has helped to eradicate polio, dramatically reduce Haemophilus Influenzae type b (Hib) and whooping cough infections, and shape immunization policy in Canada and around the world.
The newsletter also offers a roundup of activities that have taken place over the last several months – from a special visit from His Excellency Ambassador James Lambert, Ambassador of Canada to the Netherlands, to the first alumni event, the Global Health Learning Series.
Read the full stories in the latest GH program newsletter.
