Call for Submissions: Global Health Annual Review

The Editorial Board of the Global Health Annual Review (GHAR) invites students and academics in Global Health and related disciplines to submit an article to be considered for publication. Created by a group of students from the 2014-2015 MSc Global Health class, GHAR is a student-run open access journal that showcases work being done in the global health community.

Submission guidelines

• Topic areas to be covered in this year’s publication include, but are not limited to: communicable and non-communicable diseases, gender, poverty, nutrition, war, migration, business, globalization, ethics, innovations and interventions
• The journal will accept research conducted for student scholarly papers, practicums and theses
• Opinion editorials (OP-EDs) are also welcome
• Submissions should be between 700 and 1200 words
• Submissions are due by September 15, 2017
• Please submit via the online journal system at https://journals.mcmaster.ca/ghar/about/submissions

Review detailed submission guidelines

The editorial board will contact you within 10 business days if your submission is selected for publication.

Submissions will be evaluated on originality, relevance to global health, clarity, timeliness and scholarship.
