Bridging Different Worlds, Day 7: Presentations & Expert Speakers

Yesterday we had the privilege of listening to Mr. Bharat Shetty speak about his current work entailing how to reduce vulnerabilities towards HIV through the Karnataka Health Promotion Trust to start off the second half of the Global Health Symposium.

Following that, master students from McMaster and Maastricht University and second year MPH students from Manipal University presented their thesis or scholarly paper research to their peers and faculty from all three institutions.

Students were given tremendous feedback on how to improve their studies and were given the opportunity to incorporate multiple perspectives from the other students and faculty in the room.
