The Netherlands’ Ambassador and General Consul meet with President Deane
On Tuesday August 26th, McMaster University’s President, Dr. Patrick Deane and Associate Vice-President of Global Health, Dr. Andrea Baumann will be welcoming the newly appointed Ambassador Cees Kole and Toronto Consul General Anne van Leeuwen of the Netherlands.
McMaster University’s Global Health Office have a close partnership with Maastricht University in the Netherlands as they developed the Master of Science in Global Health, the 12 month transdisciplinary program that prepares the next generation of professionals for the global workforce.
Her Royal Highness Princess Margriet of the Netherlands is the honorary Chair of the Program’s Advisory Board and McMaster’s Global Health Office has strong ties to the Dutch Embassy who are keen to strengthen and enhance the partnership.
