In this talk, titled “The Dutch Health Care System: Adaptivity to Innovation“, Ms. Regine Aalders will explore the Dutch health care system and its evolution. In addition, she will draw on her experience over the past four years working in economic diplomacy from the Netherlands and for the Embassy of the Netherlands – specifically in the top sector of life sciences and health.
This work has involved combining the assets of Dutch health care, health care partners, and health care industries with foreign trade and preparing programs for ministers, the private sector and academia (amongst others to US, China, India, the Russian Federation and Brazil).

Having worked for the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport since 1992, her positions have included senior global health advisor of the International Affairs Department and head of the Inspectorate for Youth Care.
